1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account and Profile Information

• Users may sign in using Apple, Google, or play as a Guest (anonymously).
• We collect profile information such as username and profile image if provided.

1.2 Gameplay and Artwork Data

• Finished artwork is stored in the cloud and may be removed in certain instances.

2. Third-Party Services

• The App uses Google Cloud for storing artwork and Google Analytics for collecting usage data.

3. User Rights and Controls

• Users can delete their artwork and/or account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us.
• Users under the age of 13 should use the App with parental guidance.

4. Security Measures

We take reasonable security measures to protect your data, including restricted access to stored user artwork and information. However, no security system is impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of user data.

5. Terms of Service

5.1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

5.2 User Conduct

• Users must not engage in activities that violate laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or disrupt other users.
• Misuse, hacking, or unauthorized access to the App may result in account termination.

5.3 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind.
• MM Apps, Inc. is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or unauthorized access.
• Users assume full responsibility for their use of the App and agree that MM Apps, Inc. will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5.4 Intellectual Property and Brand Protection

• All content in the App, including but not limited to artwork templates, UI design, proprietary software, and licensed designs, is owned by MM Apps, Inc. or its respective licensors.
• The BrushBrawl name, logo, branding, and all related trademarks are the exclusive property of MM Apps, Inc. Unauthorized use, imitation, or reproduction of these trademarks without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to create derivative works, counterfeit apps, or misleading products that may cause confusion with BrushBrawl is a violation of our rights and may result in legal action.
• Users retain ownership of their original artwork but grant MM Apps, Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for promotional or community engagement purposes.

5.5 Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless MM Apps, Inc. from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from their use of the App or violation of these Terms.

5.6 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from the App shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
